[About cancellation]

We cannot accept cancellations of products after we have sent you an order completion email. The same applies even if the email is undelivered or delayed due to the customer's internet environment.

If the product is not received and returned to us
If, after shipping a product from our company, the customer does not receive the product and returns it to our company (including a warehouse or other delivery base designated by our company) (including but not limited to cases where the customer refuses to receive the product, the storage period has elapsed due to the customer's absence, or the address is unknown), the order will be treated as canceled at the time the product is returned, and the customer will be responsible for the costs listed below. If you have paid for the product in advance, we will process the refund for the remaining amount after deducting the customer's burden.

[About returns and exchanges]

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of products unless the product is non-conforming to the contract (initial defect, wrong product shipped, etc.).
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for promotional items (novelty items) that are not products, defects in the outer cardboard, damage, etc. that do not fall under contract nonconformity.
If there is a defect, defect, or other non-conformance with the contract after the product is delivered, please contact the customer center of this site using the inquiry form within 7 days after receiving the product. Cases where returns cannot be accepted

Additionally, as stated in [About Use], this site is provided for customers residing in Japan, so even if customers use overseas forwarding services at their own risk, we will handle returns and exchanges in the same manner as above. For example, even if a customer purchases a product using an overseas forwarding service, the customer must contact the customer center of this site using the inquiry form within 7 days from the date the product arrives at the address in Japan designated as the shipping destination, and then return the product according to our instructions. [About resale and inappropriate behavior]

Purchase and resale for commercial purposes is prohibited.
The customer or colludes with the customer to engage in acts that the Company deems to be for-profit, fraudulent, or inappropriate (including, but not limited to, repeated orders by individuals or groups of products with purchase limits, large-scale ordering or large-scale cancellations that cannot be recognized as personal use, and repeated or continuous reselling of products). If a third party does this, or if the customer refuses to receive the product without a valid reason, is absent for a long period of time, loses contact with the customer, or otherwise acts suspiciously or obstructs business, the Company may, at its discretion, cancel or cancel the sales contract, refuse future purchases, or take other appropriate measures. [About delivery]

If the product is shipped outside of Japan using an overseas forwarding service, etc., the customer shall be responsible for the cost and responsibility of the customer. [Regarding member registration]

(1) Registration of member information
Customers who wish to register member information must agree to these Terms and Conditions and then register member information in accordance with the procedures separately specified by the Company.

(2) Notification of changes
If there is a change in your name, address, telephone number, or other information that you have notified to us, you must promptly notify us of the change using the method prescribed by us.

(3) If you wish to cancel the registration of member information, you must notify the Company using the prescribed method. (4) Cancellation of rights based on member information registration
If a customer who has registered membership information falls under any of the following, the Company may immediately revoke the customer's rights without prior notice. Furthermore, as a result of our taking the above-mentioned measures, you will no longer be able to use this site, and we will not be responsible for any damage caused to you or any third party as a result. However, this excludes damage caused by our intention or negligence.

Furthermore, you may not transfer, buy or sell, change the name of, lend or use your member ID and password to a third party, or provide them as collateral. [About e-gifts]

If the Company is liable to the customer in connection with the customer's use of this site, the Company shall be liable only for direct and ordinary damages actually incurred by the customer, except in cases where the Company is intentionally or grossly negligent, and the amount of compensation based on such liability shall not exceed the amount equivalent to the purchase price of the product directly related to the occurrence of the damage.

[Separability]

[About the agreed jurisdiction court]

The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise between you and the Company regarding this site.
